Updated September 04, 2026 with new reporting. This should update the earlier mixed-district tax-page story because the Saratoga-side mismatch persisted into Sept. 4 and became more time-sensitive.
The Saratoga Springs district’s public tax page still has last year’s Wilton rate table even as the same page says bills are mailed in the first week of September and online payment is available.
As of Friday, Sept. 4, Saratoga Springs City School District was still displaying 2025-26 school and library tax rates for Wilton on its tax-information page, extending a late-August mismatch into the first week of September.
A Sept. 4 review found Saratoga Springs City School District still using a 2025-26 Wilton rate table on its public tax-information page.
The same page says one school tax bill is mailed in the first week of September and gives current instructions for online payment, mail payment, drop-box use and installment dates. For Wilton taxpayers, that means the how-to-pay information appears current while the publicly posted Wilton rate table does not.
This is no longer just a late-August website lag. It persisted into the district’s own stated September mailing window.
How Wilton’s other school-district pages compare
South Glens Falls Central School District is already showing a 2026-27 estimated Wilton tax rate on its tax-rates page. Schuylerville Central School District posted 2026 tax-bill information on Aug. 26, including mailing and payment dates.
Saratoga’s page therefore remains the outlier among the Wilton-serving district tax pages checked for this run.
What residents can verify now
Wilton parcel owners in Saratoga Springs City School District can see payment instructions on the district page, but the public Wilton rate table there still points to last year. The next useful record to watch is a corrected 2026-27 Wilton rate posting on the district’s tax-information page.
