Updated July 25, 2026 with new reporting. This is a direct factual update to the prior post: the June 17 Planning Board minutes are now listed on Wilton’s regular pages, which changes the core access problem described in the original story.

The June 17 Planning Board record is now reachable from Wilton’s main meeting-minutes page and the Planning Board’s own minutes page, though Town Board and ZBA written records still trail newer meetings.

Wilton has improved access to its June 17, 2026 Planning Board minutes by adding them to the town’s regular meeting-minutes pages on the newer town website, closing the specific access problem documented earlier this week.

Wilton’s newer town website now lists the June 17, 2026 Planning Board minutes in the two places residents would normally expect to find them: the main Meeting Minutes page and the Planning Board-specific Meeting Minutes page.

That is a practical change from the situation documented on July 23, when the June 17 record was online but was mainly reachable as a direct PDF rather than through the town’s standard minutes indexes.

The change does not resolve Wilton’s broader records lag.

As of this check, the townwide Meeting Minutes page still showed June 4, 2026 as the newest Town Board written minutes. The Zoning Board of Appeals minutes page still showed May 28, 2026 as the newest written ZBA record. At the same time, the Town Board video page includes the July 2 meeting, so residents can watch that session even though the written minutes are not yet posted.

For residents following current development issues, the immediate benefit is straightforward: the June 17 Planning Board record is now easier to find through ordinary site navigation. Those minutes include discussion of several active Wilton projects and had become an important reference point for later hearings.

The next useful record checks are the July 15 Planning Board minutes, the June 25 and July 23 ZBA minutes, and the July 2 Town Board written minutes.
