Updated July 14, 2026 with new reporting. This is a direct follow-up to the July 12 post: the missing Planning Board public-hearing materials have now been posted on the standard board pages.
The board-specific agenda page and public-hearing documents page now mirror the July 15 Planning Board package that had previously appeared only on the town’s general agendas page.
Wilton has now posted the July 15 Planning Board agenda and hearing materials on the board’s own Planning Board pages, closing the record gap that was still visible on July 11.

A July 14 check found the board-specific Planning Board agenda page listing the July 15 meeting and the Planning Board public-hearing documents page listing six July 15 files. Those entries include Stewart’s Maple Avenue hearing materials for Adirondack Trust, Walton’s, lot line removal and consolidation, renderings and elevations, and site plan review, along with a National Grid Loughberry gas regulator station upgrade file.
That is a change from July 11, when the board-specific agenda page still stopped at June 17 and the public-hearing documents page did not yet show the July 15 materials.
The July 15 agenda still schedules four Stewart’s-linked public hearings at 6:30 p.m. It also lists the National Grid application and pre-application items for Walmart and Target.
For residents, the practical change is straightforward: the hearing materials are now posted in the places the town normally uses for Planning Board records, instead of only on the general meeting-agendas page.
The next record to watch is the July 15 Planning Board meeting itself, followed by any decision record, revised plans or later minutes the town posts.
