Updated July 18, 2026 with new reporting. This is a direct update to the earlier posting-error story because the town has now posted the actual agenda and revealed the committee’s scheduled topics.
The town has corrected the July 13 Code & Zoning Revision Committee agenda posting, and the real agenda shows planned discussion of outdoor lighting, BESS, and septic rules. Written minutes for the meeting are still not online.
Wilton has now posted the actual July 13, 2026 Code & Zoning Revision Committee agenda after an earlier website link opened a Park and Recreation Advisory Committee file instead.
The corrected July 13, 2026 Code & Zoning Revision Committee agenda is now online.
The one-page agenda lists approval of the June 8 minutes, chair updates, a draft local law on outdoor lighting, a BESS 101 item, and a draft local law on septic and private wastewater disposal.
That replaces the earlier website mix-up in which the July 13 code-committee agenda link opened a Park and Recreation Advisory Committee PDF instead.
The correction gives residents a clearer picture of what the committee planned to discuss. But the town’s meeting-minutes page still lists June 8, 2026 as the newest Code Revision Committee minutes, so there is still no written public summary online of what happened at the July 13 meeting.
The next records to watch are the code-committee minutes on the town’s meeting-minutes page and any later Town Board agenda items that move these draft code topics forward.
