Updated July 01, 2026 with new reporting. The original post was about the June 4 Town Board record gap. That gap is now partly resolved, and the most useful current version is an updated post that notes what was fixed and what still remains missing on related official pages.
The June 4 Town Board minutes and video are now visible on Wilton’s standard pages, but the Planning Board’s standard minutes page still does not show June 17 minutes, and one Town Board agenda view still does not mirror the full July 2 posting.
Wilton has corrected part of the records gap around its June 4 Town Board meeting, but the town’s public meeting pages still are not fully in sync across boards and page types.
The board-filtered Town Board meeting minutes page now lists the June 4, 2026 minutes, and the town’s Town Board meeting videos page includes the June 4 video.
That is a real improvement from earlier in June, when residents checking the usual Town Board pages could not yet verify what happened at that meeting.
The town’s main all-boards meeting agendas page has also caught up. It now shows the July 2, 2026 Town Board agenda, along with the two July 2 public-hearing entries and two related July 2 documents tied to the pending code amendments.
But the record system still is not cleanly aligned.

And the board-filtered Planning Board meeting minutes page still lists May 20, 2026 as its newest approved minutes, meaning residents using that standard page still cannot review approved minutes for the June 17 Planning Board meeting.
So the practical picture is narrower than it was a few weeks ago, but not fully fixed. Town Board records are easier to find now. Planning Board minutes remain the most obvious standard-page gap.
