The newly visible minutes fill in a record gap that remained unresolved earlier this week. On the authority’s detailed “Meeting Minutes and Agendas” page, May 26 now appears with both an agenda and draft minutes. According to the draft minutes, the board said it needed to send a resolution to Assemblymember Carrie Woerner’s office to support legislation allowing unpaid WWSA charges to be re-levied through tax collection. The bill, Assembly A9293, would authorize the Town of Wilton Water and Sewer Authority to collect charges that are at least 90 days overdue by adding them to the annual tax roll as a lien on the property.
