Wilton’s public records still point to two locations for the Aug. 27, 2026 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting, with the legal notice and posted agenda naming Gavin Park while the board’s meeting-schedule page continues to show Town Hall in its detailed location line.
Wilton still had not fully reconciled its public location records for the Thursday, Aug. 27, 2026 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting when checked on Wednesday, Aug. 26.
The town’s Aug. 5 legal notice says the meeting will be held at Gavin Park, 10 Lewis Drive, Saratoga Springs, in the Gavin Gym, at 7 p.m. The posted Aug. 12 PDF agenda says the same.
The town’s board-specific agenda listing and quick-calendar label also point to Gavin Park.
But the ZBA meeting-schedule page still carried a conflicting detailed line for the Aug. 27 entry, stating 7:00 p.m. at the Wilton Town Hall, 22 Traver Road.
That leaves a narrow but practical problem for anyone planning to attend in person. The Aug. 27 agenda includes the reopened KNC Holdings matter at 542 Route 9, plus new business at 3060 Route 50 and 431 Northern Pines Road.
Unless the town posts a correction before the meeting, the most specific records available on Aug. 26 were the legal notice and the posted agenda PDF, both of which place the meeting at Gavin Park.
The next record to watch is whether the schedule page is corrected before Thursday night and whether the eventual meeting record confirms the venue used.
