After several days of a stale May 26 label on its meeting page, the Wilton Water & Sewer Authority now has the July 21 board agenda online, including a 2025 audit presentation and votes on two wireless-site renewals.

The Wilton Water & Sewer Authority has now posted the agenda for its July 21, 2026 board meeting after its meeting page spent several days pointing readers to a stale May 26 label.

The Wilton Water & Sewer Authority’s meeting page now shows the correct agenda for its Tuesday, July 21 board meeting, replacing the stale May 26 label that remained online through the day before the meeting.

The newly visible agenda lists a 2025 audit presentation, approval of the May meeting minutes, the June and July abstract of payments, and board votes on budget transfers and billing adjustments.

It also includes director-report items on the railroad crossing, the IDA Northway crossing, water-system repairs, an internet meter-reading system, and online and automatic bill-pay updates. Two wireless-site contract renewals are also listed for board votes: T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless.

The agenda further lists a Dish Network foreclosure notice and the Farone lawsuit among the discussion items.

Under active projects, the authority’s agenda names 612 Maple Ave. as a 126,000-square-foot medical center under construction, 631 Maple Ave. as a 136-apartment and 17,800-square-foot retail project with review complete, 4029 Route 50 senior housing as a 390-apartment project with review complete, and BOCES Ballard & North Road as review complete. Buffalo Wild Wings and Mavis Tire are also listed.

The next record to watch is the posting of July 21 meeting minutes, which should show what the board actually approved and whether any customer-facing billing or contract changes follow.
