Stewart’s: approval follows changes

The board conditionally approved the Maple Avenue store. The applicant reported demolition underway. Revisions put stormwater storage underground and improved screening along Davidson Drive. Minutes, pages 2–5.

Senior housing: expired approvals bring another review

The 390-unit, age-55-plus proposal at 4029 Route 50 received conceptual approval after earlier approvals expired. Final approval and a construction start remain unconfirmed. Minutes, pages 10–12.

Walmart: traffic safety remains central

The proposed pickup and training additions at Old Gick Road advanced toward a hearing. The board sought clearer vehicle routing and pedestrian protections. Minutes, page 8.

Forest Grove: recommendation on 20 lots
