Wilton's Sept. 16 Planning Board agenda describes Exit 15 Auto Park at 3002 Route 50 as a pre-application for two 5,000-square-foot mixed commercial buildings on 20.73 acres, a notable shift from the April record that described a roughly 13,500-square-foot Toyota sales and showroom addition on part of the site.
