The Planning Board page's recent updates now point to a June 17 public hearing and agenda item for the Wilton Service Center subdivision at 215 Ballard Road. Earlier 2026 records show the project as a three-lot commercial subdivision; the posted subdivision drawing labels proposed lots of about 15.05, 5.74 and 1.82 acres plus new easements.
