Saratoga Springs Forcemain Evaluation Project contract amendment authorized

AUGUST 18, 2026 REGULAR MEETING

RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute an amended professional services agreement with Hazen and Sawyer, D.P.C. to provide additional professional engineering services and analysis for the Saratoga Springs Forc emain Evaluation Project, for an additional amount not to exceed $169,000, bringing the total contract value to $216,500;

WHEREAS, the condition assessment identified the need to replace a degraded section of the forcemain;
