Milton Pump Station discharge station contract authorized at $49,500

AUGUST 18, 2026 REGULAR MEETING

RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute an amended agreement with H2M Architects, Engineers, Geology, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture, D.P.C. d/b/a H2M Architects & Engineers, for an increased amount not to exceed $12,000 and a total amount not to exceed $49,500, for additional design development and construction phase services related to the design of a discharge station at the Saratoga County Sewer District No. 1 Milton Pump Station;
