RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute the FY- 2026 FAA Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Airport Infrastructure Grant No. 3-36-0004-050-2026, as well as any other documents that may be required to accept the grant funds from it, up to the sum of $300,000, which includes an FAA share of $285,000, a NYSDOT share of $7,500, and a County share of $7,500, for the Phase 2 Construction costs of the new FBO Terminal Building at the Saratoga County Airport without any further action of the Board;
