Proposed Water District Extension- Davidson Drive to Waller Road There is a small mobile home park on Northern Pines Rd between Waller Rd and Davidson Drive interested in water service. There is water available at the intersections of Davidson Drive and Waller Rd, but no water line between them along Northern Pines Rd. Concepts include a water district extension from Davidson Drive to the mobile home park vs. looping the system from Davidson Drive to Waller Rd.
