RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute a renewal agreement with BEI Holdings, Inc. dba Business Electronics, in an amount not to exceed $24,600, for maintenance and support of the County’s iRecord Interview Video Recording System for a term of one (1) year, commencing January 1, 2026 and expiring December 31, 2026;
