the Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Century Protective Services, Inc. for the provision of armed security guard services at various County facilities for a term of two (2) years commencing on November 1, 2026 and terminating on October 31, 2028, with the option to renew for up to three (3) additional one-year terms, at an initial cost not to exceed $140,939.10 for the period of November 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, and an estimated annual cost of $822,230.44 for fiscal year 2027, subject to New York State prevailing wage rate adjustments;
