On a motion introduced by Mr. Rifenbary, the Board approved the Conceptual Site Plan for the Route 50 Senior Housing Project. The motion was seconded by Dave Gabay and carried. The Board scheduled the Public Hearing for Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. at Gavin Park.
