On a motion introduced by Councilman O’Conor, the board adopted the following resolution: RESOLUTION #230 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to set a public hearing on November 5, 2026 at 7:01 p.m. for Local Law #5 of 2026, the proposed ban of Automated License Plate Reader s in the Town of Wilton. The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Councilwoman Kolligian , duly put to a vote, all in favor the motion passed 4-0.
