On a motion introduced by Mr. Price, the Board moved to approve the Final Site Plan for Walton's – Site Plan & Lot Line Adjustment, conditioned upon compliance with Town Engineer Ryan Riper's review letter dated September 9, 2026. The motion was seconded by Mr. Gabay and carried.
