Mr. Collins made a motion to place all written correspondence submitted to be placed in record. Individual letters would not be read aloud because of the volume, and every Board member reviewed the submissions prior to the meeting. Mr. Duffy seconded the motion. All Board members present were in favor. The motion passed.
