Brian Sirianni presented the proposed 20267-27 budget. He shared budget figures, the numbers for each functional areas of the budget , and discussed increases and decreases in each area. He also shared the 3-part budget as required by law. Mr. Sirianni then reviewed the projected revenue for the District. He highlighted the property tax increase of 3.9% , the assumed State Aid figures , and the tax base growth and the related figures . He shared the estimated tax rates based on the preliminary figures from the towns and explained the tax levy cap calculation cap vs. the actual tax levy. Lastly, he reviewed each of the propositions.
