Application for a 4,500 sq.ft. convenience store with a six-pump (12 fueling position) canopy at 644, 646 & 648 Maple Ave. (Route 9) and 60 Davidson Dr., on 2.16 acres, Tax Map Nos. 140.13-1-6.1, -7.1, -7.2, -8, and a portion of 140.13-1-19; zoned H-1. Discussion: • The applicant had responded to the Town Engineer's review letter and revised the plans accordingly. • Remaining items were described as minor administrative plan details, including showing certain easement lines and related plan information. • The Board discussed the progress of the project and the applicant's response to prior Board and public comments. • The applicant indicated that demolition activities had begun and that, subject to remaining permits and the building permit, site work could begin within several weeks.
