WHEREAS, effective January 1, 2026, additional Opioid Stewardship Funds have become available from the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports, in the amount of $522,687 per year, for a total of two (2) years, to support Part 820 Bedded Treatment Programs, allocated to the following mental health service provider contractually retained pursuant to Resolution 249 – 2024: Agency Amount Rise Housing and Support Services, Inc. $ 522,687 ; and
