RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute Change Directive No. 3 to the agreement with Stilsing Electric, Inc. for unanticipated repairs and electrical upgrades associated with the Secondary Clarifier and Electrical Upgrade Project at the Saratoga County Sewer District No. 1 Wastewater Treatment Plant, including but not limited to new pumping system variable frequency drives, electrical enclosure and motor control center modifications, gate wiring repairs, new auxiliary generator power systems, and ventilation control improvements, at an additional cost not to exceed $533,394.99, and a total contract cost not to exceed $3,547,092.90;
