RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C., in an amount not to exceed $16,500, for professional services related to preparation of the 2024 - 2025 Biennial Update to the County’s Local Solid Waste Management Plan, with such services to be performed in accordance with the proposal submitted to the County; and be it further
