On a motion introduced by Councilwoman Kolligian, the board adopted the following resolution: RESOLUTION #216 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to set a pu blic hearing for the Outdoor Lighting Code Update for October 1 ,2026 AND FURTHER IT BE RESOLVED, to refer the code update to Sarato ga County Planning board for a recommendation. The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Council man O’Conor, duly put to a vote, all in favor the motion passed 5-0.
