On a motion introduced by Councilwoman Kolligian, the board adopted the following resolution: RESOLUTION #161 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to accept the resignation of Andrew Bobbitt from the Zoning Board of Appeals. The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Deputy Supervisor Rohan, with regret, duly put to a vote, all in favor the motion passed 5-0.
