NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to approve the creation of a part clerk (17.5 hours per week) position in the Building Department. The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Councilwoman Kolligian , duly put to a vote, all in favor the motion passed 4-0.
