the Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for a term of five (5) years, commencing December 1, 2026 and expiring November 30, 2031, for assistive call-taking and automated quality assurance capabilities at the Saratoga County Emergency Communications Center, in an amount not to exceed $71,740.40 for the first year, to include a one-time virtual training fee of $2,000, and in an amount not to exceed $69,740.40 each year thereafter, for a total cost not to exceed $350,702;
