Supporting source passage

RESOLVED, that the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the Project; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the County of Saratoga to pay in the first instance one hundred percent (100%) of the federal and non-federal share of the costs of Preliminary Design, Final Design, and Right-of-Way Incidental Services for the Project or portions thereof; and be it further RESOLVED, that the sum of $363,430 is hereby appropriated from the 2026 County Budget and made available to cover the cost of the County’s participation in the above phases of the Project;
