RESOLVED, that Resolution 123 – 2025 is hereby amended to correct the NYSDOT error to reflect the $53,600 in increased grant amounts for Construction, Construction Inspection, and Design services related to the Project, and that the revised total sum of $2,171,168 is hereby appropriated from the County’s Highway Fund and made available to cover the cost of the County’s participation in Construction, Construction Inspection, and Design services of the Project;
