He began with the Carr Road–Jones Road roundabout project. He explained that the design is essentially complete and has entered the New York State DOT’s Project Scoping and Environmental (PSE) review phase. Once DOT completes its final review and issues approval, the town will be able to advertise the project for bids. Construction is anticipated for 2027.
