On a motion introduced by Councilman O’Conor , the board adopted the following resolution: RESOLUTION #193 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to refer the transfer of development rights (TDR) in Wilton Woods to the Wilton Planning Board and the Saratoga County Planning Board. The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Council woman Kolligian, duly put to a vote, all in favor the motion passed 5-0.
