RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute an agreement and any associated closing documents with the reputed property owners Theodore Gargano and Terri Gargano for the purchase, acquisition, and recording of a fee parcel consisting of approximately 696 square feet, a permanent easement consisting of approximately 765 square feet, and a temporary easement consisting of approximately 475 square feet associated with the Grooms Road (CR-91) over Tributary to Colonie Reservoir Culvert Replacement Project in the Town of Clifton Park, at a cost of $3,000; and be it further
