RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors and/or the District Attorney are hereby authorized to execute all documents with the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services necessary to accept a 2025 – 2026 District Attorney Salary Aid Program Grant, in the amount of $72,189, for the grant period commencing April 1, 2025 and expiring March 31, 2026;
