On a motion introduced by Councilman O’Conor, with regret, the board adopted the following resolution: RESOLUTION #195 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to accept the resignation of Kelsey Mannix from the Zoning Board of Appeals. The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Deputy Supervisor Rohan, with regret, duly put to a vote, all in favor the motion passed 5-0.
