On a motion introduced by Councilman O’Conor, the board adopted the following resolution: RESOLUTION #223 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to approve the Transfer of Development Rights from the Wilton Woods Subdivision to Forest Grove Subdivision. The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Deputy Supervisor Rohan , duly put to a vote, all in favor the motion passed 4-0.
