On a motion introduced by Mr. Gabay the Board approved the Amendment to the Subdivision for the Grande Highlands Lot Consolidation. The resolution stated that there were no new or different environmental impacts requiring further SEQRA review. The motion was seconded by Mr. Murphy and carried.
