On a motion introduced by Councilwoman Kolligian, the board adopted the following resolution: RESOLUTION #211 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to approve the waving of the 30 -day waiting period for the Community Board notice for Canopy of Saratoga. The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Councilman O’Conor, duly put to a vote, all in favor the motion passed 5-0.
