RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors and/or the Director of Probation are hereby authorized to execute all documents with the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services necessary to accept a 2025 – 2026 Ignition Interlock Device Monitoring Program Grant, in the amount of $43,818.77, for the grant period commencing October 1, 2025 and expiring September 30, 2026;
