RESOLVED, that upon certification by the Executive Director of Saratoga County Sewer District No. 1 that Solterra has successfully achieved and sustained the required performance threshold during the pilot period in accordance with the terms of the agreeme nt, the Chair of the Board of Supervisors is authorized to execute a two-year supply agreement with Solterra for the ongoing provision of bio-augmentation products and services at a unit rate of $86.15 per pound, for an anticipated annual baseline cost not to exceed $628,895;
