Resolution #170 - Approval to Bid – Phase 1B Capital Project WHEREAS, the Ballston Spa Central School District received a presentation at its Board of Education Meeting on September 16, 2026, for Phase 1B for the following projects: 1. Bus Garage SED# 015-007 2. Wood Road/Milton Terrace Elementary School SED# 006-025 3. Eastern Avenue Building SED#030-001 WHEREAS, the Construction Document Estimate for the project is within the project budget and the project is on schedule, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Ballston Spa Central School District hereby authorizes the Project Team to proceed with bidding the project.
