On a motion introduced by Councilman O’Conor, the board adopted the following resolution: RESOLUTION #162 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to approve a fee waiver for approximately 20 children from Lifeworks Headstart Program for the Splash Park. The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Councilman Keneally, duly put to a vote, all in favor the motion passed 5-0.
