RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors and/or Director of Emergency Management are hereby authorized to execute all documents with the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services necessary to accept a 2025 Emergency Management Performance Grant, in the amount of $78,617, for the grant period commencing October 1, 2024 and expiring September 30, 2027;
