Supporting source passage

WHEREAS, effective January 1, 2026, additional funds have become available from the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports, in the amount of $276,446, to support the Recovery Community Outreach Center Program known as Healing Springs, allocated to the following mental health service provider contractually retained pursuant to Resolution 249 – 2024: Agency Amount Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention Council of Saratoga County, Inc. $ 276,446 ; and
