On a motion introduced by Councilman O’Conor the board adopted the following resolution: RESOLUTION #217 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to approve the Budget Transfer on the 9/3/2026 Comptroller’s Report. The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Deputy Supervisor Rohan, duly put to a vote, all in favor the motion passed 5-0.
