Mrs. Ferradino presented the application via a presentation. The items discussed were: • Requested variances, • Comprehensive Plan discussion, • Zoning analysis, • Traffic, • Water usage, • Environmental issues, • Engineering testimony. • The property is located at 542 Maple Avenue (Route 9) at the corner of Loughberry Lake Road. • The parcel contains an older residence dating to the 1920s. • The property has reportedly been marketed for sale for several years without attracting a residential purchaser. • The agreed purchase price is $550,000. • A two-bay touch-free automatic car wash.
