On a motion introduced by Councilman O’Conor, the board adopted the following resolution: RESOLUTION #227 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to act on the NYS Supreme Court Order for Saratoga County Sewer District 1 connection at 716 Wilton Gansevoort Road, TMN . The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Deputy Supervisor Rohan, duly put to a vote, all in favor the motion passed 4-0.
