On a motion introduced by Councilman O’Conor, the board adopted the following resolution: RESOLUTION # NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to approve the minutes from the June 4, 2026 meeting, as typed. The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Council woman Kolligian, duly put to a vote, all in favor. The motion passed 5-0.
